1. About Us

Christian Dinner Club is a brand of GrittyDigital Ltd. We organise curated dinner events and related social activities. You pay a membership fee to access our service and you pay for your own food and drinks at the restaurant.

2. Bookings and Payments

  • Membership fees and booking payments are taken securely through our platform.
  • Restaurant spend is paid by you directly to the venue on the night.
  • Prices and fees may change from time to time; any changes will be communicated on our website.

3. Cancellations and Changes

We understand plans can change. Our policy aims to be fair to members and venues:

  • You can cancel your attendance up to 48 hours before the dinner without a cancellation fee.
  • Within 48 hours of the dinner: a cancellation fee of £10 applies.
  • Same-day cancellations (on the day of the dinner): a cancellation fee of £20 applies.
  • You may reschedule once per booking (up to 48 hours before the dinner) subject to availability.

These fees help us cover venue commitments and keep prices reasonable for all members.

4. No‑Show Policy

If you do not attend your booked dinner without prior cancellation, a no‑show fee of £20 applies. Repeated no‑shows may lead to strikes and temporary suspension as outlined on our FAQ page.

5. Refunds

We generally do not offer refunds for cancellations unless there are extreme circumstances. This policy helps us maintain affordable pricing while honouring venue commitments.

6. Member Conduct

Members are expected to be respectful, punctual, and considerate. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove members who violate community guidelines or these terms.
